Peak Empowerment offers quality programs and activities for a variety of youth groups. We love working with students, we provide high quality offerings, and we produce powerful results!
Franco Marini, founder and director of Peak Empowerment, is the person responsible for designing and delivering youth programs and activities. He has been a middle school and high school teacher, counselor, director of special services, assistant principal, and in 1999 started an alternative school in Littleton, Colorado. He creates programs and has a vision focused on global acceptance and understanding. For several years he has worked in the area of leadership development and personal and professional empowerment with several universities, schools and corporate organizations.
We are firm believers that our youngsters are the keepers of the possibilities of our future and we are committed to offer a variety of programs that will empower them to embrace the gifts they have within themselves. We bring forth a wonderful opportunity for all involved to celebrate their magnificence.
We offer a multitude of programs and events from half day self confidence and team building sessions to extensive educational journeys abroad.

We also offer a variety of programs and experiences in wilderness settings or camp venues. The majestic settings in nature provide a fantastic backdrop for individuals and groups to experience personal and group development. The foundation of these programs is to provide the participants sustained growth in areas such as personal power, self-esteem, trust building, clear communication, team building, and empowerment.
Many of these are offered in the Rocky Mountains in the U.S. and they can also be arranged to be held at a destination of your choosing. Typically in addition to personal and group growth focus activities, wilderness programs can include:
